At Jewish Hospital, we recognize that superb patient care extends beyond clinical excellence. It means offering services which allow the patient and the patient's family to concentrate on healing, rather than on the stresses of being away from home. With this in mind, the Jewish Hospital Heart and Lung Institute offers the following amenities to patients and their families:

Transportation

After receiving a physician's referral, patients and their families who are unable to arrange appropriate transportation may call the Hospital Hospitality Van. Our Driver safely transports patients from all over the region to and from the hospital Mondays through Fridays. Transportation arrangements can be made through a Unit Coordinator or by calling the Heart and Lung institute at (502) 587-4866. The driver can also be called by pager at (888) 962-2966 or by cell phone at (502) 550-9211.
