Harold Haller, M.D.
 Harold D. Haller, M.D., a native of Louisville, has been with Haller,
Hazlett & Adams since 1965. He received his bachelor of science in
biology and master’s of science degree in radiation biology from
the University of Louisville. Dr. Haller received his medical degree
from Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine and completed
his postgraduate training in Family Practice at Baltimore City Hospital
in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Haller is an assistant clinical professor at the University of
Louisville, and is the Medical Director for Westminister Terrace Retirement
and Nursing
Home. He is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society, Kentucky
Medical Association, and American Medical Association, as well as local
and state chapters of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr.
Haller has also served on numerous boards and committees in the Louisville
area.
Dr. Haller is married with two children.
