Daniel L. Hafendorfer, M.D.
 Daniel
L. Hafendorfer, M.D., a native of Louisville, has been with Haller, Hazlett & Adams
since 2003. He received his bachelor of arts degree and his medical degree
from the University of Louisville. Dr. Hafendorfer completed his postgraduate
training at St. Joseph Infirmary in Louisville.
Dr. Hafendorfer has served on various medical education and consultant
committees and activities, as well as holding board and committee positions
in the community. He was also an assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 115
for four years, Webelos Leader Cub Scouts for three years and a baseball
and T-ball coach for St. Matthews Little League for three years.
He is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society and Kentucky
Medical Association, as well as local and state chapters of the American
Academy
of Family Physicians. Dr. Hafendorfer is married with three sons.
