Beginning April 9, 2007 Jewish Hospital Glenmary Diagnostic offers medical imaging and diagnostic services with neighborhood convenience. CT, ultrasound and general radiology studies including X-ray are now available at a close-to-home location.

The third Jewish Hospital & St. Mary’s HealthCare (JHSMH) location to be included as part of a national show site for GE Healthcare diagnostic and medical imaging products, Jewish Hospital Glenmary Diagnostics offers patients the latest leading-edge digital technology and equipment. Patients’ digital studies may also be accessed from other JHSMH locations including Jewish Hospital, Jewish Hospital Medical Center East and Jewish Hospital Medical Center South.

CT
Our 16-slice GE BrightSpeed™ CT scanner providesa non-invasive way to see inside a patient’s body. With our CT technology, we have the ability to rapidly acquire two-dimensional images for in-depth clinical evaluations. Our higher picture clarity and increased speed also greatly reduces the time it takes to do the scan.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound studies includes both general and non-invasive vascular tests.

X-ray
X-rays are offered for general radiology needs.
