John F. Sullivan, M.D.
 John
F. Sullivan, M.D., is a native of Boston, Mass., and received his bachelor
of science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He received his
medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. His
post graduate training consisted of a residency at the University of
Louisville Affiliated hospitals in the Department of Family Medicine.
Dr. Sullivan is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
He is a member of the Jefferson County Medical Society, Kentucky Medical
Association, American Medical Association and the American Academy
of Family Physicians. His professional interests include diabetes and
cancer
prevention and treatment. He is also a team physician for Southern
High School.
Dr. Sullivan has two children. He enjoys playing and following sports,
and traveling.
