As we wrap up 2008, I would like to take a minute to reflect on the exciting changes and growth that Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital has been involved in during the year.

The Women’s Center for diagnostics opened in April — bringing state-of-the- art care in a warm, friendly environment.

SMEH opened a new comprehensive treatment area for Jewish Bariatric Care, a surgical weight-loss solution.

SMEH opened the newly remodeled Sleep Disorders Center and Wound Healing Center, with the state’s largest hyperbaric chamber, all in Plaza 1.

The health care needs of this community are important to SMEH. We will continue our growth and service to the community in 2009.
