This course will overview the basic anatomy and physiology of common neurological disorders seen in the acute care setting and nursing interventions related to them.  Emphasis is placed on review and updates pertaining to Stroke and Neurovascular interventions.

Nurses having attended the 8-hour initial course in 2008 are eligible to attend the 4-hour renewal course in 2009
