Sports Medicine Education

An annual Sports Medicine Symposium for coaches, ATC's and student athletic trainers is sponsored by the Kentucky Medical Association and Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare. Program Co-Directors are Raymond G. Shea, MD, and R. John Ellis, Jr. MD. The symposium is held the first Saturday of June at the Rudd Heart and Lung Center of Jewish Hospital in the Conference Center. Details of registration and topics are announced each spring. A variety of sports medicine related topics are discussed.
