Spinal Cord Injury

A spinal cord injury can occur in an instant, and the effects may be devastating.

Frazier Rehab Institute provides comprehensive treatment and addresses lifestyle changes to promote independence, function and productivity. Spinal cord injuries caused by trauma, disease or stroke vary in severity and are treated from acute injury through outpatient rehab and return to the home and community. This involves not only the patient, but also the family and friends who make up their support network. Together, Frazier helps ensure a successful outcome.

Before You Choose . . .

Know that the Frazier Rehab Institute was founded in 1954 due to the efforts of Amelia Brown Frazier. Mrs. Frazier sustained a spinal cord injury in an automobile accident and lived most of her adult life with paraplegia. Frazier Rehab Institute remains committed to her legacy by being the primary provider of spinal cord injury rehabilitation in Kentucky and southern Indiana.
