Occupational Therapy EmployCare is a comprehensive occupational health program that offers a wide range of preventive treatment and wellness services beyond a traditional worker's compensation program. The EmployCare philosophy centers on injury management, with a focus on prevention and wellness. This standardized system provides: 24-hour work injury and illness treatment, rehab services, wellness and safety programs, regulatory compliance, employee drug and alcohol screenings and consulting services such as work-site analysis. The end result of EmployCare is a "win-win" outcome for employers, employees and payers yielding a healthier workforce, fewer lost work days and decreased worker's compensation claims.
