Formal
resident evaluation is done by the attending faculty for each core rotation.
These evaluations are additionally reviewed with the resident by the Program
Director on a semi-annual basis. The self-assessment exams of both the
American Academy of PM&R and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic
Medicine are administered annually.
