Frazier Rehab Institute is a regional health care system dedicated entirely to rehab medicine. Since 1954, it has been setting the standard of excellence in this specialized area. Through an expansive network of inpatient and outpatient facilities in Kentucky and southern Indiana, Frazier Rehab Institute offers a wide array of services based on a common goal - helping people with disabilities reach their fullest potential.

Patients span the age range from infancy to geriatrics with a wide variety of diagnoses which include neurologic (spinal cord injury, brain injury, and stroke), amputations, multiple trauma, orthopaedic, arthritis, cardiopulmonary, congenital, developmental, degenerative, and general medical cases. The new, 15-story, state-of-the-art Frazier Rehab and Neuroscience Center houses Frazier Rehab Institute’s 135-bed, acute rehab hospital in the Jewish Hospital Medical Campus in downtown Louisville, Ky. Along with medical care and rehab nursing, this rehab hospital offers physical, occupational and speech therapies, therapeutic recreation, psychology and neuropsychological testing services to each patient in the acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehab settings at this location.

The Frazier Rehab Institute Network

In addition to a 135-bed inpatient rehab hospital, Frazier Rehab Institute's network includes:

Southern Indiana Rehab Hospital - A 60-bed facility owned in partnership by Frazier Rehab Institute, Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services and Clark Memorial Hospital
Twenty-three Outpatient Rehab sites throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana
Sports Medicine Clinic that provides health care services to the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, several Jefferson County high schools, and various sporting venues
EmployCare which provides health screenings for employees of over 2,500 local companies
