Medical Education

In 2001, Jewish Hospital was the first hospital in Kentucky, and one of only 37 hospitals nationwide, to earn the Magnet Nursing Services designation. This award is the highest honor a health care organization can receive for nursing services.

The Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's Foundation is proud of our nurses' accomplishments. With donor support, we are able to provide scholarship and educational opportunities through our Friends of Nursing program.

For more information on our HealthCare Horizons, please contact the Foundation office at (502) 587-4060 or email us.
